Theft protection: smart lock, geofencing, and recovery steps

Voltora’s theft protection combines smart locking, geofencing alerts, and recovery assistance. Enable the app lock, choose a geofence radius, and keep location services on. If theft occurs, use Find My Voltora, file a police report, and share details with Support to activate recovery workflows and partner notifications.

• Steps:
  1. In app: Devices > Security > Enable lock & geofence.
  2. Set alert preferences and trusted contacts.
  3. If missing: mark as Lost and track in app.
  4. File a police report; share case number with Support.
  5. Work with Support on recovery/insurance.
• Validation: You receive movement alerts; location updates appear in app.
