Create and verify your Voltora account

Create your Voltora account to manage orders, register your e‑bike or scooter, access app features, and view warranty details. Use your email or social sign-in, verify your address, and secure your profile with MFA. A verified account helps with shipping updates, service requests, theft protection, and subscription management in the Voltora app and web portal.

• Steps:
  1. Go to account.voltora.com and select Sign Up.
  2. Enter name, email, and strong password; or choose social sign-in.
  3. Confirm the verification email within 24 hours.
  4. Add phone number and enable MFA (recommended).
  5. Complete profile: address, preferred dealer, language.

• Validation: You’ll see a “Verified” badge in your profile and can access Order History.
