You can change or cancel your Voltora order before it moves to “Preparing to ship.” Common changes include color, accessories, delivery address, and assembly options. Once shipped, use our returns or exchange process. For fastest results, use your Order page; after-hours changes are handled in the next business window.
- Steps:
- Go to Account > Orders and select your order.
- Click Modify or Cancel (if available).
- Choose changes (items, address, delivery date).
- Confirm updated total and policies.
- If the Modify button isn’t available, contact Support with your order number.
- Validation: You’ll receive an updated confirmation or a cancellation email.
