Start a return or exchange within your trial window if your Voltora isn’t the right fit. To qualify, the bike/scooter must be clean, undamaged, and include all accessories. Proper packaging prevents transit damage and speeds refunds. Some items (software, consumables) may be non‑returnable once opened.
- Steps:
- Go to Account > Orders > Start Return/Exchange.
- Select reason and upload condition photos.
- Receive RMA number and prepaid label (if applicable).
- Pack securely; include accessories and RMA slip.
- Drop off or schedule pickup with the carrier.
- Validation: You’ll see “Return in transit” then “Received” in your Order page.
